CONCRETE STRUCTURE BUILDING WITH CERAMIC EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION COMPOSITE SYSTEM FINISH

COTA-ZERO ARCHITECTURE

Construction developer: Jelbe Constructions

Building with a primary concrete structure, in which a metal structure is installed between slabs, in line with the front of the slab, designed to house a mineral wool inside.

Without the need for scaffolding, the TABIHAUS® System panels are installed by means of a basket. The TABIHAUS® panels are manufactured with the exact thickness to achieve the thermal transmittance described in the project.

VERY FAST EXECUTION

The TABIHAUS® panels pass in front of the slab face, thermally protecting the slabs. In the same way, the balconies are closed with TABIHAUS® as a primary wall, which guarantees building regulations.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

The very high adhesion of TABIHAUS® panels to mortar and their high load-bearing capacity allows - as is the case here - the application of adhesive cement and hidden fixing staples.

TABIHAUS® allows the passage of installations, ventilation systems, or any other mechanism that may be required. But it also provides an extraordinary planimetry.

A mortar finish was chosen for the roof. TABIHAUS® has a very high certified adhesion to water-based paints and mortars.

A light, modern ceramic is directly applied in keeping with the privileged location of the building.

The fantastic result carried out by Cota-Zero Architecture and Jelbe Constructions, gives rise to a modern luxury building, very luminous, and with stunning sea views.
