100% dry construction
Total elimination of water inside the building. Elimination of future risk of damp and mould. TABIHAUS® is manufactured with Epsom Salt, a natural desiccant. Impossibility of proliferation of bacterial life, as well as attack by mites, termites, rodents, etc.
CO2 footprint
Cold production process and low temperature drying. We avoid product fragility and help to reduce the CO2 footprint in the construction sector.
Extremely simple to install
No high qualification of the operators is required for a correct installation of the system. Screw in and seal with a sealant gun.
Very high thermal insulation
The TABIHAUS® panel consists of a highly insulating Epsom Salt board (K=0.18 W/mK), on an XPS (K=0.035 W/mK). The result is minimum transmittances in minimum thicknesses. Gain in useful square metres of living space.
Acoustic insulation
The system provides a Rs,w = - 22 dB, helping mineral wool systems to achieve very high acoustic reductions, exceeding the maximum requirements of the building regulations.
Refractoriness of 4 hours
Excellent thermal behaviour, stress and thermal shock resistance.
Very strong
Combines lightness with very high resistance to bending and compressive stresses. Excellent behaviour against impacts from hard and soft bodies, scratches.
Bracing of the structure. TABIHAUS® is the diaphragm of the building.
Very high load-bearing capacity
Allows the installation of metal ventilated façade systems, as well as the subsequent installation of gutters, aerials, air-conditioning equipment, etc.
Water vapour permeable
Impermeable to water and air, but highly permeable to water vapour. TABIHAUS® is living comfort.

SINGLE-SIDED PANEL BOARD
Salt board: 8 mm.
XPS: from 14 mm, increasing from mm to mm, up to 120 mm. Made to measure, millimetre by millimetre.
Nomenclature: examples: TABIHAUS® panel 8+14, 8+26, 8+34, etc.
Suitable for: Façades, and floors on concrete slabs, slabs and decks where it will be installed on a continuous surface (wood, concrete, XPS lost slab, etc).
Weight: approximately 7 Kg/m^2.
DOUBLE-SIDED PANEL BOARD
Salt board: 8 mm.
XPS: from 14 mm, increasing from mm to mm, up to 120 mm. Made to measure, millimetre by millimetre.

Suitable for: Slabs and decks with supports on beams or purlins.

Cutter, circular saw with guide, screwdriver with clutch, 600 ml silicone gun, etc. For more efficient work, we recommend the use of an electric or pneumatic 600 ml gun.

At ANDARAGÓN, we have been manufacturing panels for the construction industry for more than 30 years, mainly in aluminium, steel and PVC. We were looking for a new material that would allow us to meet the requirements of the Euro building codes.
The study began by assessing the pros and cons of other panels used in the sector.
Fire resistance, impermeability to water but permeability to water vapour, valid for any type of structure and any type of finish, lightness, etc.
After a lot of work, with rights and wrongs we arrived at Epsom Salt, and a 100% recycled XPS.
