WHAT IS TABIHAUS®?
TABIHAUS® is an efficient building system, using sandwich panels
They are made with magnesium sulfate, which is a natural desiccant, reinforced with double fibreglass mesh, waterproofing and other additives and reinforcements. Contains no plaster, cardboard, untreated wood shavings or formaldehyde.
PROPERTIES
They provide all the properties needed in construction:
• Extraordinarily light system: 6-7 kg/m2
• Flame retardant (EI 120 or EI 180) A2, s1, d0
• Waterproof
• Thermal insulation (K = 0.18 W/Km + K = 0.035 W/Km)
• Soundproofing (Rs, w: -22 dB)
• Dry work
• Fireproof
• Resistant to bacteria and mould
• Excellent loadbearing capacity
• Resistant to bumps and scratches
• Excellent adhesion to water-based paints and mortars
• Prefabricated and repairable on site
• No heavy load crane costs

MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
We have over 25 years’ experience in construction panel manufacture, using an industrial, vacuum pressed sealing process in air-conditioned rooms, to obtain panels of maximum performance.
Cold manufacturing process, with zero contribution to a CO2 footprint.
The result is a perfectly flat panel of constant thickness throughout.
The assembly process requires no specialist labour for proper implementation of the work.
Maximum adhesion to water-based mortars and paints; impervious to water and wind, but permeable to water vapour.
Very high load-bearing capacity, which makes it possible to subsequently install our ventilated façade system; a Passivhaus® approved component.
