A lighter secondary structure is provided, where the TABIHAUS® panels will be screwed and the windows will be received. the windows will be received. The mineral wool will be installed between these secondary profiles and, behind it, a plasterboard profile will be installed for the passage of installations and interior finishings.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
In this ventilated façade construction, TABIHAUS® functions as the primary wall, ensuring compliance with the building regulations.
But at the same time, TABIHAUS® itself implements an Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite System in the primary wall and giving structural rigidity to the union of primary and secondary profiles.

As a curiosity, the work implements the three facade finish options on TABIHAUS®. A painted finish, in the yellow stripes. A direct ceramic cladding, on the lift shaft column and stairs, and on the roof. A ventilated aluminium façade in the gaps between modules.
This project has been an avant-garde work with a very high speed of execution.
