It offers any possibility of façade finish with a very high speed of execution.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

TABIHAUS® is the wall of the building, which not only provides all the requirements of building regulation regarding fire, water impermeability and water permeability, but also corrects the planimetry of the structure of the Steel Frame system. Perfect walls with an extraordinary planimetry.
Its great strength, and the fact that there is no rising damp due to capillary action, allows the panels to be started up from the façade. TABIHAUS® panels are created with a salt, called Epsom Salt, which protects us from any pathology in the building, such as the proliferation of mould, verdigris on façades, termites, rodents, etc.
TABIHAUS® adapts to any form that the architect has designed in his project, with a comfortable, efficient and simple work.
The TABIHAUS® wall is also an External Thermal Insulation Composite System, but with maximum fire protection, leaving the thermal insulation encapsulated inside the system, together with the mineral wool.
The chosen finish was an External Thermal Insulation Composite System mortar, with an elegant black/white combination. The TABIHAUS® system offers integral protection against fire, leaving the hardest part on the outside, which avoids problems with knocks, ball impacts, or damage when installing hanging elements, such as air conditioning systems.
The result of the work is very elegant and modern, with straight lines and black/white contrast.
