Use: Aviation school and offices.
On the ground floor there are staff offices, and on the first floor meeting rooms and school, with two flight simulators. In addition to the thermal transmittance, acoustics was of course essential for the Project Management in this project.
TABIHAUS® itself certifies an acoustic reduction of -22 dB, which together with the implementation of mineral wool, far exceeds the requirements of the building regulations, even in predominantly airborne noise.

SIMULATOR AREA
Another challenge for TABIHAUS® was that the simulator area was completely overhanging.
Purlins were laid at 1 metre spacing and the thickness of the TABIHAUS® panel was increased until industrial-strength bending strengths were achieved.
