Support for architecture studios

Via the "exclusive architecture area" on our website, www.tabihaus.com, with CAD construction solutions, BIM implementation and component and system certification. Our architecture and engineering departments seek the best solution for each project.

Concept of worksite as installation point

Not as a system manufacturing location. Manufacturing process controlled with the highest quality and control standards, for exceptional dimension control for the product.

Extreme lightness

Advantages of lightness in construction. Resistance to seismic and structural movements. Resistance in loading and unloading of prefabricated houses. High speed of work execution. Absence of heavy load cranes.

Dry work

No water inside the building required. Removal of future risk of humidity. TABIHAUS® is made from magnesium sulfate, a natural desiccant. No mortar silos required.

CO2 footprint

Cold production process and low temperature drying. We avoid product fragility and help reduce the CO₂ footprint in the construction sector.

Extremely simple installation system

Highly skilled operators for proper installation of the system not required. The panel edges are screwed and sealed together.

Very high thermal insulation

The TABIHAUS® panel consists of a highly insulating magnesium sulfate board (K = 0.18 W/Km), on XPS (K = 0.035 W/Km). The result is minimum transmittance with minimum thickness. Construction gains net floor area.

Soundproofing

The system provides an Rs,w = -22 dB, helping mineral wool systems to achieve very high soundproofing, exceeding maximum CTE requirements.

4-hour fire rated protection

Magnificent performance to heat, stress and thermal shock.

High strength

Combines lightness with very high resistance to bending and compression. Excellent behaviour against impact from hard and soft bodies and scratch-resistant.

Very high loadbearing capacity

Allows for subsequent installation of metallic systems for ventilated façades, as well as gutters, antennae and air conditioning equipment, for example.

Permeable to water vapour

Impervious to water and air. Comfort in the home.
